Fast and Freundlich // 137km // 37-40km/h speed out side of the city // No-Drop

F/F Tours is your chance to do a quick 137km (almost) irregardless of Fitness level.

There will be plenty of opportunities to do hero pulls on the front and there will be just as many occasions to take it more chill in the back.

All of this done via the carefully developed and nurtured F/F algorithm. Detailed Briefing about “the system” on site.

We will stop at 75km for a refil at the Tankstelle. Please bring enough carbs for 4.5 hours of riding.

We meet from 09:30 for coffee's at the Standert Cycling Hub and roll out at 10am.

There will be some vegan snacks provided by Albatros after the ride.

Anyone is welcome to join our Saturday Ride, but you should have some experience riding in a group. The ride is a social, no-drop ride, but is for an intermediate to advanced level and we will ride at tempo pace 'fast but friendly'.

Please bring a spare tube and some tools for fixing any personal mechanical issues.

RULES:

1. No-drop ride.

2. Attendees must know the rules of road cycling in a group.

3. The route is on open roads so traffic laws must be strictly adhered to.

4. Fully functioning road bike with two breaks and helmet are mandatory.

5. Everyone is riding at their own risk and takes responsibility for themselves and

their equipment.

6. Have the route saved on your device or GPS.
