Organiser and Client The Challenge "Continental Ride Series – Lead into the Unknown" is organised on behalf of Continental Reifen Deutschland GmbH, Continental-Plaza 1, 30175 Hanover (hereinafter "Client") by: Grouprides UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Bogenallee 10, 20144 Hamburg, Germany, E-Mail: support@grouprides.cc, Commercial Register: HRB 185527, Hamburg Local Court (hereinafter "Organiser")
  2. Participation Period The Challenge runs from 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026. Rides completed outside this period shall not be counted towards the ranking.
  3. Eligibility Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 years or older worldwide who hold an active account on grouprides.cc. Where deviating statutory provisions governing participation in prize competitions apply in individual countries – in particular with regard to minimum age, consent requirements or other prerequisites – such provisions shall take precedence. Participation in countries where prize competitions of this nature are prohibited or restricted by law is excluded. It is the responsibility of participants to inform themselves of the applicable regulations in their country.
  4. Excluded from participation are employees of Grouprides UG and Continental Reifen Deutschland GmbH as well as their respective family members. Also excluded are persons who attempt to manipulate the Challenge by means of technical tools or other unauthorised methods.
  5. Participation and Scoring Participation takes place exclusively via the platform grouprides.cc. To be eligible for the prize draw, participants must book and complete at least 4 Rides through grouprides.cc within the participation period. Each fully completed Ride shall count as one entry in the final prize draw. Participation in multiple Rides increases the chances of winning accordingly. There is no entitlement to participation.
  6. Main Prize and Prize Draw Among all eligible participants who have completed at least 4 Rides, 4 hand-signed and framed jerseys by Tadej Pogačar will be drawn by lot following the expiry of the participation period. The prize draw shall be conducted on a random basis. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the main prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of unavailability. An exchange, cash payment or any other form of compensation in lieu of the prize is excluded. Winners will be notified by e-mail to the address registered on grouprides.cc. Should a winner fail to respond within 14 days of notification, the claim shall lapse and an alternative winner will be drawn.
  7. Prize Dispatch The prize will be dispatched by Grouprides UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Bogenallee 10, 20144 Hamburg, Germany. Delivery will be made to addresses within the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and the United States. Participants from other regions are not excluded from the prize draw; however, in the event of winning, they must provide a delivery address within the aforementioned regions. If this is not possible, the prize shall lapse and an alternative winner will be drawn. Liability for loss or damage to the prize during dispatch is excluded.
  8. Data Protection For the purpose of participating in the Challenge and the prize draw, personal data of participants – in particular name and e-mail address – will be processed. Such data will be transmitted in encrypted form to Continental Reifen Deutschland GmbH, Continental-Plaza 1, 30175 Hanover, solely for the purpose of determining winners and dispatching prizes. No disclosure to third parties beyond this purpose shall take place. The data will be deleted upon conclusion of the Challenge and full completion of prize dispatch. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Participants have the right of access, rectification, erasure and objection pursuant to the GDPR. Corresponding requests may be directed to support@grouprides.cc. Where participants are domiciled outside the EU, the applicable local data protection laws shall additionally apply.
  9. Disclaimer of Liability Participation in the Rides takes place at the participant's own risk. Grouprides UG and Continental Reifen Deutschland GmbH accept no liability for accidents, injuries or damages arising in connection with participation in the Challenge. Liability for technical malfunctions of the platform that prevent or impair participation is likewise excluded, unless such malfunctions are attributable to gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
  10. Amendments and Cancellation The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Challenge at any time without prior notice, in particular where proper conduct cannot be ensured for technical or legal reasons. Errors excepted.
  11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction German law shall apply, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, as Grouprides UG (haftungsbeschränkt), as the legal organiser of the Challenge, has its registered office in Hamburg. Where mandatory local consumer protection or prize competition regulations apply in individual countries, such regulations shall remain unaffected and shall take precedence over German law to the extent required by law.

Any further recourse to the courts is excluded.

Participation in the Challenge constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
