Start ist um 18:00 Uhr. Kommt gerne ein paar Minuten früher, damit wir pünktlich starten können. Die Strecke führt uns ca. 50-70 km durch das Bergische Land.
Startpunkt ist der Eltzhof in Köln-Wahn.
Hier werden wir uns im Anschluss mit einem Kaltgetränk belohnen.
Schnitt 28 - 32 km/h.
Auf flacher Strecke fahren wir in der Gruppe zusammen. Anstiege und Abfahrten fährt jeder in seinem Tempo. Im Anschluss wird gewartet, bis die Gruppe wieder zusammen ist.
