Canyon Race Ready Service

Canyon offers a free Race Ready Service for riders on Canyon bikes, focused on ensuring key components are ready for race conditions.

Service includes:

Torque check

Wheels check

Shifting check

Brakes check

Headset & cockpit check

Replacement of small Canyon Engineered Parts (CEP)

(excludes handlebar, seat post, and frame)

Please note:

This is not a full inspection or maintenance service. Canyon is not able to guarantee the overall safety or roadworthiness of the bike.

Canyon is not responsible for any pre- or post-race malfunction or damage.

If any issues are identified during the service, they must be handled via regular Customer Service.

Additional requests may be accommodated depending on capacity, but cannot be guaranteed and do not constitute a warranty or official service claim.

There is no legal entitlement to the availability or scope of the Race Ready Service.
