Join us this Saturday for our third Community Connect Group Ride!
See you at the Clubhouse 7:00 AM, for our 7:15 AM start.
While winter has been warning us of its fast approach, this weekend’s weather is forecasting clear skies and sunshine. So, we’re making the most of the last summery days with a spin around the city.
Gravel group ride for all levels. And as always, coffee afterwards at Ollie's!
Meeting point: OSCS Clubhouse, 7:00AM Coffee and then we roll at 7:15 AM
Distance: 52km
Terrain: Mostly paved (75%) with some scenic gravel sections along Table Mountain and through the greenbelt.
Coffee stop: Refuel and socialize at the Chardonay Deli in Constantia.
Pace: Social and relaxed, no need to race! (Average speed: 20 km/h)
Open to all!
We especially recommend a gravel bike for comfort on the unpaved sections. Don't have one? No worries! We have a few community bikes available – just send us a message on Instagram. @cc_x_standert

2. Everyone is riding on one’s own responsibility.
3. Everyone is wearing a helmet.
4. Everyone is riding a fully functioning gravel bike with brakes and gears.
5. Traffic laws must be strictly adhered to.

4 - 5 hours, 52km (75% tar 25% gravel)
The routes will be posted on Strava.
