This ride is for riders who know how to hold a wheel, ride safely in a group, and manage their own pace, fuel, kit, and decisions.
There’ll be a short briefing before roll-out. The basics should already be in your legs.

We regroup briefly after climbs. If you get dropped on the flat or sit more than 5 minutes behind on an uphill, you’re dropped (not personal).
Women’s only. 18+. Registration required.
Helmet mandatory. Road bike only. Lights if needed. StVO = always counts.
If the weather is bad, we cancel and move it to Zwift.
Roll-out is roll-out, don’t be late.
