WHO THIS RIDE IS FOR
- You have joined the regular women's ride before and want to push yourself more
- You are preparing for a race or want to test your limits
- You can maintain the ride pace (37-40 km/h as soon as we enter Grünewald)
- Of course bike handling and general traffic rules should be clear to you
RIDE LEVEL & DESCRIPTION
- Tempo pace — experienced rider
- Drop ride — push to the limit the drop the rest
- Race-focused - this ride is meant to push yourself even further and prepare for your next race.
DROP RIDE - WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
- By entering Grünewald we are going to speed up the pace and push ourselves even more - attacks are also allowed.
- We have two locations where we regroup for a couple minutes, before continuing. We can't wait for everyone, but try to get most of the group together again.

- There will be points given out afterwards, who did the segment (https://www.strava.com/segments/9727410?filter=overall) the fastest. We are working on a sprint parts, this is TBC.

- Route: 65 km - 2,5 hours
- Pace: ~35km/h average (this means riding pace outside the city ~37-40km/h)

RULES
-The route is on open roads so traffic laws must be strictly adhered to.
- Fully functioning road bike with two breaks and helmet are mandatory.
- Everyone is riding at their own risk and takes responsibility for themselves and
their equipment.
- Have the route saved on your device or GPS.
- April & September: lights are mandatory
