Standert x SRAM x Hammerhead Gravel Ride (This event is to reserve a device)

Welcome to the Standert x SRAM Gravel Ride.

We are partnering up with SRAM and Hammerhead to offer you the opportunity to test the newest Hammerhead Karoo bike computer during the ride, to see what matters most to you with best-in-class routing and visualisation.

We will have 8 Karoo devices available to test, please book using Grouprides.cc First come first serve.

The ride is limited to 25 people.

If you are testing a computer please make sure to show up at 09:30 to make sure we have enough time to fit your computer and set up the route. We aim to depart on the ride at 10 - 10:15AM.

We will also have coffee and pastries for all, courtesy of SRAM/Hammerhead.

Anyone is welcome to join our gravel Ride, but you should have experience riding in a group off-road. The ride is a social, no-drop ride, but is for an intermediate to advanced level and we will ride at tempo pace 'fast but friendly'.

Please bring a spare tube/tubeless plugs etc and some tools for fixing any personal mechanical issues.

Route: 90km , 3-4 hours. ROUTE IS TBC - Subject to change

Pace: Avg 25 km/h (including riding in the city)

Meet: from 09:30 at Standert Bicycles, Friedrichstraße 23a, 10969 Berlin (coffee available)

Start: 10:00

End: 13:30-14:00 Standert Bicycles, Friedrichstraße 23a, 10969 Berlin (coffee & pastries)

RULES:

1. No-drop ride.

2. Attendees must know the rules of gravel cycling in a group.

3. The route is on some open roads so traffic laws must be strictly adhered to.

4. Fully functioning gravel bike with click pedals and helmet are mandatory.

5. Everyone is riding at their own risk and takes responsibility for themselves and

their equipment.

6. Have the route saved on your device or GPS.
