Join the SYN Crew for a relaxed shakeout ride before the real racing starts. We'll loosen up the legs on a gently rolling route and enjoy the beautiful scenery while we can, because once the race begins this weekend, we'll probably be suffering too much to take it all in.

- Please remember to bring a spare tube/puncture repair kit, a pump and lights if necessary

- We want to have a great time together – any type of discrimination will not be tolerated
