Rules & Guidelines

• With 15 or more riders, we ride on the road, otherwise, we stick to bike paths when possible.

• Helmet is mandatory

• You ride at your own risk

• You are responsible for your bike, equipment and insurance.

• Respect traffic rules

• No dangerous riding (no sudden braking, no risky overtakes, no attacks unless explicitly announced)

• Ride predictable and communicate hazards

• A road captain leads and another follows at the back of the group.

• Make sure you are fit enough for the announced pace and distance.

• Respect the group

• No one gets left behind
