Sobald die CL die Türen schliesst, rollen wir los.

Mit der Tour de Suisse 2017 wurde aus dem grauen Entlein «Horben» ein prächtiger weisser Schwan. Viermal mussten die World-Tour Profis über den Horben jagen. Dem international TV-Zuschauern wurde die Zentralschweiz von seiner schönsten Seite gezeigt. Philippe Gilbert BEL gewann diese 2. Etappe von Cham nach Cham, Stefan Küng blieb in gelben Trikot. Genug der alten Zeiten, wir begnügen uns mit Einmal Horben und fahren anschliessend weiter Richtung Bünzen. Zurück geht es Säuliamt.

Das Höhenprofil ist die Spiegelung des Geschwindigkeitsprofil. Wir fahren zügig zum Horben. Am Berg fällt die Pace naturgemäss, doch dir Ruckfahrt, welche einem Klassikerprofil ähnelt, nehmen wir mit Vollgas unter die Räder.

With the Tour de Suisse 2017, the grey duckling ‘Horben’ became a magnificent white swan. The World Tour pros had to chase over the Horben four times. Central Switzerland was shown its most beautiful side to the international TV audience. Philippe Gilbert BEL won this 2nd stage from Cham to Cham, Stefan Küng remained in the yellow jersey. Enough of the old times, we content ourselves with Horben once and then continue towards Bünzen. We return to Säuliamt.

The elevation profile is a reflection of the speed profile. We cycle quickly to Horben. The pace naturally drops on the climb, but we take the descent, which resembles a classic profile, at full throttle.
