Full Weekend
Friday PM — Warm-up gathering in Cologne.
Saturday AM — Shared ride into the Eifel region.
Saturday PM — Recovery sessions, workshops & dinner together.
Sunday AM — Breakfast and guided return ride to Cologne.

TIMETABLE
Friday — Connect
4–7 PM — Luggage drop-off at Ryzon HQ & check-in.
7–10 PM — First gathering in Cologne at Café Central.

Saturday — Ride
8:30 AM — Final luggage drop-off & check-in.
9:30 AM — Departure from Cologne {~90km bike ride)
Saturday — Arrive
2 PM — Arrival, snacks & settling in.
3 PM — Sessions, workshops & open time.
7 PM — Dinner together.
Open evening & night in nature.
Sunday — Conclude
8:30 AM — Breakfast together.
9:30 AM — Leave no trace.
10 AM — Return ride towards Cologne.
We spend a meaningful weekend together.

Participation in the OFFTRACK Overnighter is entirely at Your own risk. Each participant is responsible for assessing their own physical condition, equipment, and ability to safely take part in all activities.
Photos and videos will be captured throughout the entire weekend. By participating, You agree that OFFTRACK may use and publish this content across its communication channels, including social media, website, newsletters, and future promotional materials.
Accommodation is provided for Saturday night only. No accommodation is included or arranged for Friday night.
We aim to provide luggage transfer where possible. However, we can only guarantee transportation of one small bag per participant. Additional luggage may not be accepted due to limited capacity.
Participants are required to bring their own sleeping bag and bed sheets. This is mandatory for hygiene reasons and required by the accommodation provider. Participants arriving without the required sleeping equipment may incur additional charges, be required to arrange alternatives at their own expense, or be excluded from staying at the event location.
OFFTRACK reserves the right to make adjustments to the schedule, route, accommodation, or program if required by weather conditions, safety considerations, logistical constraints, or other unforeseen circumstances.
