We'll get you ready for the Zurich Triathlon with a focus on T1/T2 transitions, race nutrition, and essential race-day skills 🚀

📍 Location:

Opfikerpark – Sirius Platz

including 🌊 open water swimming

📅 Date: June 11

🕕 Time: 18:00

🌧️ Backup date in case of bad weather: June 18

(perfect timing just before race day 👀)

### What to expect 👇

⚡ Mini Triathlon Challenge incl. a small RYZON goodie

→ Prize for the fastest T1/T2 transition times 🏆

🎒 Workshop:

“What should actually be in my T1/T2 bags?”

🔁 Multiple practice rounds

→ Build real race-day routine instead of race-day chaos 😅

🚴 Practice grabbing bottles on the bike

→ Stay hydrated without hitting the brakes 😎

### What to bring 🎒

🏊 Swim gear: swim cap & goggles (wetsuit optional, depending on conditions)

🚴 Road bike or triathlon bike & cycling shoes

⛑️ Helmet (mandatory)

👟 Running shoes

🏷️ Race belt

🥤 Water bottles & nutrition for training (gels, bars, sports drinks, etc.)

🧺 Two plastic bags for transition practice
