Unsere Geschwindigkeit richtet sich nach der Gruppe. In der Regel fahren wir ca. 25 km/h.
Treffpunkt: Parkplatz des Fitnessstudio Core in Jüchen
Wichtig: Helmpflicht! Und Verpflegung nicht vergessen! Eventuelle Pausen werden vor Ort in der Gruppe besprochen.
